Lovely facilities only bettered by the kind and thoughtful staff. On finding out it was my daughter’s birthday during our stay, Emma and the team made up a gift bag and really made her feel special. Thank you so much, really made our day!

From top to bottom this place was beyond fantastic!!! Jo's hands are magical for your spa treatment needs. Bar and restaurant staff were a complete delight. Very helpful and friendly lot. Food was great both dinner and breakfast! Can't wait to come back 😀

I have just provided balloons for a 50th birthday party here. I wanted to highlight the events team and bar staff. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful! I also got married here 9 years ago and the place is still as lovely as I remember so has been maintained well. Thank you Felbridge Hotel! :)

My family and I arrived at the hotel on February 14th, hoping for a relaxing Valentine's Day getaway. However, what ensued was the worst experience we've ever had. Accompanying us was my little girl, who suffers from a severe health condition and my husband. After a series of hospital appointments, we looked forward to some quality time together. Upon check-in around 16:20 PM, we inquired about the spa facilities. To our dismay, the receptionist directed us to navigate down the stairs, pass through the bar area, and book a slot due to the purported busyness, especially during "family time" from 18:00 to 21:00. Despite explaining that our daughter would remain in her pushchair and that we weren't planning on taking her swimming, we were informed that we could only book after 18.00 Getting to our room involved navigating three different levels of stairs, which was incredibly challenging with our luggage and the pushchair. After refreshing and feeding our little one, we eagerly awaited our spa time at 18:00. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon reaching the spa reception. Despite assurances of hygiene and safety, we were told that pushchairs were not allowed for safety reasons. Despite offering to wash the wheels and explaining that the car seat was not suitable for our baby, we were denied access. Once in the pool and jacuzzi area, we were surrounded by couples, and the outdoor shoes scattered everywhere. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, a staff member approached us, claiming we couldn't leave our baby unattended, even though she was merely five meters away and under constant supervision. Faced with this unreasonable demand, we chose to leave the pool and escalate the issue to the manager. The manager offered a full refund, acknowledging our dissatisfaction. Disheartened and frustrated, we left the hotel 1 h later. This experience was truly the worst day of my life, overshadowing what was meant to be a special occasion. THIS HOTEL IS NOT for families with babies or kids.
