At Daffodil Mulligan restaurant and Gibney's London bar genuine Irish hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Located in Old Street, Shoreditch, 3 legends of hospitality have come together to bring the same charm, atmosphere and hospitality you would expect from the Irish to London.

With over a century of hospitality experience between them, Richard Corrigan (Corrigan’s Mayfair, Bentley’s), John Nugent (Kings Place Events, Sea Containers) and Tony Gibney (of Gibney's Malahide), share an ethos of traditional Irish hospitality, where customers become friends. Mixing the spirit of an Irish pub, the dining experience of a top restaurant and the welcome you’d expect from your local, Daffodil Mulligan is a local melting pot for all – whether it’s dining, watching live music and sports, or throwing a party to remember.

Do you have a large group you want to entertain over lunch or dinner and don’t want to share space? At Daffodil Mulligan you can take over the restaurant for a seated meal up to 90 or a drinks reception for up to 150.

The restaurant is light, welcoming and atmospheric with views looking into the kitchen. Our menus, designed by renowned chef Richard Corrigan menu focuses on wood-burning cooking methods, weaving international accents through Irish dishes.

For smaller parties, we can also offer semi exclusive areas in the restaurant for up to 50 guests.

Friendly and welcoming staff; lovely and flavoursome food; romantic ambience 👍 I especially recommend the following dishes: • mash 🥔 • black pudding croquette 🫓 • ceviche 🐟 • fried chicken 🐔 • lamb shoulder 🐏 • Irish coffee ☕ • chocolate peanut butter cookie 🍪 The ones that could be improved: • beef tartare was actually nice, but the toasted bread that came with it was soft, meaning it wasn't quite fresh enough • the burger 🍔 was nice but fell short of expectation Overall, a lovely meal. Thank you for having us.

Very tasty, fresh food. Great beer. Very, very glad my boy took me there - although I somehow ended up paying? Lol.

Great service although food wasn’t to our liking. The sugar pitted pork wasn’t sweet ant anll and had a Chinese five spice Smokey taste to it. The lamb shoulder was well cooked although it tasted more like something from a carvery rather than a fine dining restaurant. Not great value for what it was. First class service though and staff are very friendly.
