We are centrally located next to Edinburgh Castle, making us an ideal spot for business lunches, meetings, conferences, business entertaining or private dinners and parties.

The Blender's Room is perfect for small boardroom meetings, lunches, dinners, workshops and seminars. Beautifully decorated with whisky samples lining the walls, the room is also ideal for small tutored whisky tasting and blending sessions. Light floods in from two roof lights and the rolling Pentland hills can be seen from its large south-facing window.

Very good experience. We had a lovely tour and it was so immersive! The rooms completely immersed you in what was being discussed. We even watched a show where we had scratch and sniff cards to smell the different whisky scents from each region. Absolutely loved it. We got to taste our choice of whisky and then saw the huge whisky collection.

SO MUCH FUN! It said it was sold out online but we walked in the day of and they had more than enough spots. So much fun, great learning experience and fun to get to know the history of whisky in Scotland. Very knowledgeable host, and although I’m not a huge fan of whisky it was fun to taste. I definitely recommend.

We had a corporate dinner in a private room and it was absolutely faultless. The room looked fantastic with great AV and a bar in the corner. I loved the moving picture. Food was exceptional, everyone got a tasting plate for all 3 courses and each dish was divine. A lovely dram of whisky to finish. Service was amazing, everyone was friendly, attentive and helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Top notch exhibition with great visual effects and explanations from the staff. We’re not whisky drinkers so we went for the Silver tour, which was short and gave us enough time to learn more about the process and the varieties. Evangeline was very welcoming and she gave us recommendations. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
