Incredible value for money. Everything looked brand new, room looked like high end hotel. The sauna and swimming pool in great condition and all good quality. The staff were so kind and friendly. They even laid on mince pies and posted a Christmas card under the door. Thank you so much :)

We came to Peterborough to visit my best Friend. We stayed at the suite which is the most expensive room for 2 nights. The service was good from front line staff, receptionist and housekeeping are very nice. I think a receptionist called Charles or Charlie even went out his way to bring us some ice we requested which was very much appreciated! There weren't many food options for room service so we didn't manage to use it even though we had intended to. I would have given 5 stars to the stay but unfortunately the jacuzzi tub doesn't work in the suite so it is just a normal big bath tub. It was the main reason I booked the suite as it adds something special and relaxing to the stay. Manager called Sinead helped us out with the jacuzzi situation in the end. She is very efficient, understanding and helpful. Many thanks for the assistance and with your reassuring service I look forward to being a regular customer as I will be travelling up to see my best friend several times a year.

Honestly good place to stay while traveling, staff was extremely polite, rooms were spacious for the price. The pool was great and perfect for families.

Friendly and accommodating staff, especially their efforts with treats for kids. Always smiling staff and helpful! Breakfast has nice selections of food. However, it's noted that the expensive food menu and little run-down appearance of the rooms and bathroom areas that might benefit from improvement. It has a swimming pool and sauna/steam room. Really thoughtful of having a small area for children to swim in :) However, it would be good if there was a play area/room for children.

Good to see the rooms have been kind of done up, still remnants of the old rooms. The room service menu is lacking variety and no sauces provided which I have had in previous stays over the years. No shops nearby within walking distance. Service on check in was good, check out wasn't as friendly.
