Set in a beautiful coastal location in Cornwall, Polhawn Fort is a truly romantic, historic venue for your big day. The one-of-a-kind venue is hidden in wonderful isolation on the Rame Peninsula.
The Napoleonic fort, complete with its own drawbridge, is a spectacular setting for your dream wedding day. From the Fort, you can follow a set of steps down to Polhawn Cove, an idyllic private beach.
Your ceremony can be held both within the stunning Fort and out in the garden Summerhouse. The venue is ideal for ceremonies all year round; the summer views across the sea are simply divine, and the large log fire and cosy interiors are perfect for the colder months.
The private venue is exclusively yours for your wedding weekend or mid-week celebrations. Polhawn Fort can be hired for a minimum of two nights to allow you to make the most of the wonderful setting. Up to 20 of your closest friends and family can be accommodated in eight of our rooms. During your stay you can enjoy peaceful coastal walks, time by the beach, and enjoy a few games of tennis or croquet.
