April 2024I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Docklands Riverside, and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's many attributes. Firstly, the location was ideal for my needs. Situated on the river, the hotel offers stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf, and is just a short walk from the ExCeL exhibition center and a quick ferry ride from the O2 Arena. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a plush bed and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The bathroom was sleek and well-appointed, with a spacious walk-in shower and generous toiletries. But what truly sets the DoubleTree apart is its exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing a great experience. And then, of course, there was the English breakfast. Oh, the English breakfast! A veritable feast of eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, hash browns, baked beans, and black pudding, all expertly cooked and presented with a smile. It was the perfect way to start the day, and I looked forward to it every morning. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Docklands Riverside to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay in the area. While it may not be the most luxurious hotel, it certainly exceeded my expectations and provided a great value for the price.

February 2024Excellent 2 night stay. Location was perfect, and with a free ferry to Canary Wharf every 10 minutes. A suite on the 6th floor overlooking the Thames. Staff were great especially housekeeping. Restaurant was also great especially the fish and chips and onion rings. Look forward to the next visit.
