January 2024Updated review as just been back here. True to their word they have updated the gym equipment which is a big improvement including rowing machine. Have stayed here a multiple times. Breakfast is wholesome. Dinner is good portions and good home cooked quality. Rooms are comfortable although ones facing the road could be better noise insulated. Staff are really helpful (special mention for Katie👏 who has always warmly welcomed guests). On another occasion, two staff, thankfully Helped me with sewing kit after a button off - lifesaver.

January 2024I have been there for a couple of times and it's a friendly place to stay. The staff are very welcoming. Also it's a nice place to relax after a long day,or recovering from hospital treatments,or been out for the day. The only thing is the restaurant prices are bit expensive for people who don't have a lot to spend.

February 2024We only visited to see the function suite for a wedding. Really large room and the layout was good to accommodate over a 100 guest's. The manager was so friendly and provided loads of information. Interior of the hotel was clean and tidy. Worth a visit.

March 2024TV not working. Internet sporadic at best. View from window was a wall about 12ft away with no way of seeing over or around it. Accessible room requested and no steps to room, BUT shower over bath so unable to use. Wedding celebration at the hotel with the loud music travelling into the room until the wee hours. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Good gym, sauna and pool. Very attentive bar staff. Very knowledgeable gym/pool staff.
