I met my family in Belfast for the 1st time and it could not have been a better experience at the Belfast Hilton. From the minute we arrived until check out all the staff was amazing. Liam, Kaleb, the gentlemen in the bar with the cool vest, the restaurant staff and most importantly; our new friend Max. We were traveling with 2 young children and they treated the grandbabies as nicely as they would treat a paying adult. My grandson unfortunately, got a stomach bug the last day in the hotel and the staff was amazing. Not only did they come back and clean a couple times, but even called to see if he needed toast to help settle his stomach. The whole staff was concerned about his well being and went above and beyond to make all us feel taken care of. The breakfast daily and the food in the evening was top notch. I am quite the food snob and I was totally impressed. We actually ate in the restaurant 2 nights, it was so delicious. The staff from start to finish, treated all of us like royalty. When we return to Belfast, this Hilton will defiantly see us again. Thank you for making our travels so pleasant and fun.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with large spacious rooms, fantastic facilities and great service in the heart of Belfast. I was in an executive corner room which had great views and an unbelievable amount of space. I ate at the restaurant which had great food and good service however it is a little expensive when compared to other restaurants in the area. The gym is solid and there is also an executive lounge serving good drinks and food in the evenings. The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-15 min walk to the town centre and right next to the exhibition centre and where many of the tech and finance companies are based. There are a lot of professionals staying at this hotel which is really nice as it creates a corporate vibe and it was really interesting to talk to people in the lounge. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Hilton Belfast is a great hotel. It is very convenient - within walking distance to the train station, Waterfront Hall, Titanic Museum, St George's Market, and many good restaurants. It has a nice view by River Lagan. It is spacious with a decent size of restaurant, bar, and executive lounge. My initial check-in experience, however, was not very smooth, and the room condition could use some improvement. I decided to share my opinion with the hotel. On the very next day, their front office manager proactively reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience caused. Their staff also addressed the issues quickly. I travel quite frequently and stay in many hotels. (E.g., I stayed at Hilton properties for 80+ nights just last year.) In my opinion, there is NO perfect property. What makes a hotel perfect is the people - hotel management and staff. Aaron Murray and team, thank you for your hospitality and making my experience at Hilton Belfast perfect. Mark (Walker), you have an awesome team! #Hilton #Belfast #Ireland

Fairly walkable to majority of the sites in Belfast. Rooms were a bit dirty during the check in. With hair on the beds and the pillows being dirty under the case. Location is good. The front desk staff was super nice and kind! Also recommended great spots.
