Booked into the Dorsett for a concert at the O2 empire and the hotel did not disappoint. We enjoyed the drinks and dinner at the hotel bar and used the luggage storage upon arrival. Check in: 3pm but you can ask for early check in and pay by the hour before check in Check out: 11am The real star of our stay were the staff and the lobby, our room was fine, pretty standard if not a little outdated but comfortable none the less. The staff were attentive and understanding and so so so so helpful. And the lobby was clean, accommodating and spacious. Would highly recommend a stay here if you’re going to a concert or needing to stay in the area.

My husband and I were here for one night (7/6/27) and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel lobby was incredibly sleek and stylish and the staff at the check in desk were warm and welcoming. A special mention to Ahmed, for being so attentive, friendly and informative. We were kindly given a beautiful room upgrade and stayed in room 517, which we highly recommend. The room was very clean and spacious, with a stunning bathroom and the huge bed was delightful; so cosy and a dream to sleep on. Thank you for making our stay in London such a memorable one.

Very decent hotel in West London. Well served by the public transportation system of London, 1 minute walk to O2 Arena Shepherds bush. The entrance and the hall is majestic the personell very nice, the room though, really nothing special. But for London standards kind of spacious.

First time in this hotel. Rooms are small but are clean and quiet. Really liked the Elemis products in the bathroom. Slept very well here too. Noticed no USB ports in the room, though, which was odd for quite a modern hotel with a big push towards zero emissions.

Third time staying here, first two times had a decent experience but third time was bad. Lobby is nice but the whole place seems poorly maintained. Air-conditioning in many rooms are not working, had to switch rooms twice, which seems to be a constant problem that is never addressed properly as seen in many reviews here. In addition, the first room we got was in a really poor condition - huge stains on carpet, shower glass door was creaky, and skirting board scratched badly. The revolving door for the main lobby entrance is also always out of order, not sure if there is a point in having that anymore. Service is decent, staff try their best to help solve maintenance issues (always hearing other guests complaining about similar A/C or room issues at reception). However, at times service is slow, having to wait 10 minutes just to make a payment.
