Really proactive and helpful staff who would come over and resolve issues and answer our questions about the consoles at our booth before we would even ask. We went slightly over our 1.5 hr time slot, but the staff were reasonable and let us stay until we finished since the place wasn’t busy at the time. Good selection of party games on Nintendo Switch which are easy to pick up for people who don’t play games often. Didn’t try the food as we’d eaten beforehand, just got a couple of drinks. They are pricey (£5 inc. service charge for just a can of cider, not a bottle) but the gaming sessions are well priced (£13.50 each for 1.5 hrs), and as that’s the main thing you go for I’d say it’s well worth it. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Partner and I attended this lovely establishment during the Vampire Survivors co-op #VSPlayerParty event. From start to finish the premise staff effortlessly delivered incredible support and outstanding services to their clients patrons. Their drinks are super indulgent and tasteful - I imagine bottomless bookings sellout quickly. I had the Burnout Martini (that is one strong coffee boi, everyone should have this for breakfast). @Cherebii, my partner who doesn’t usually drink alcohol enjoyed the Rainbow Road, they found it tasted fruity without the after bite alcohol taste. The fresh pizza we sadly did not try as this was an open event, and my partner has an allergy list of concerns. However after today’s experience I will say that due to their incredibly helpful and polite staff, seeking future allergies requirements I suspect will be greeted with positive informative responses. Their kitchen looks incredibly clean, everything is freshly made and catered for. We will be back for pizza and a booth soon, we live in Norwich at the moment - you are well worth a revisit in the future. Thank you Platform Shoreditch for being super awesome, today was an amazing experience - We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you @poncle_vampire and @FutureFriendsVG for hosting a wonderful gamers get together, we wish you all the best for the future developments on your epic game - Vampire Survivors ❤️ 🦇 🩸 🧄

I have visited the venue twice and the service is good. Nice atmosphere nice staff. The selection of games is good. I've taken kids and adults and everyone that went really enjoyed the experience. There are different tier options to choose from depending on what your looking for. The staff are always checking in on you to ask if you want drinks etc. Not a fan of the food myself. But limited options of finger foods and pizza etc and spot drinks and other.

To be honest, I didn't understand anything because no one explain you nothing about the games and how to use it! the pizza was so tasty, but the cocktails weren't good! 35£ per person !

My partner and I visited for the league of legends viewing party today. Honestly cannot recommend the venue for viewing parties or streaming. The speakers above the PCs emitted a horrible buzzing noise - so they had to be turned off. This meant the only sound was coming from the back of the TV at the front of the venue. They were serving hot drinks and pastries, however no cutlery or plates were provided. People were stirring their coffee with pens and pulling out hot teabags with their fingers. There also weren't enough cups for everyone and no indication of what type of milk was put out on the table. The table layout wasn't ideal either. People were craning their necks back to be able to see the screen. It would have made more sense to put the tables in rows. The organizers (predator gaming) were great, but the manager didn't seem to have any interest in what was going on and stood behind the bar on her phone the entire time. Used to be a great venue but unfortunately not so much anymore!
