We’ve always had a soft spot for this Soho venue. For starters, it’s in the hustle and bustle of London’s most interesting quarter. Then consider the venue’s rich history, decadent Georgian architecture and interiors, and private members club kudos, and you have the makings of a rather interesting spot for events. Larger standing occasions work best in the Drawing Room: overlooking Soho Square, it features dramatic 18th-century rococo plasterwork. The Silk Room is a sure bet for characterful private dinners. Revenue goes directly to the House of St Barnabas Charity, which aims to help homeless and socially excluded people get back into work.

February 2024I am so gutted for the building & the team that this is no longer open as a members club. The building is so lovely inside and it was always glorious to see all the rooms being used and for the building to have life in it. This was such a lovely venue to have as a members club with an ethical/charitable stance. I really liked that aspect of what my membership was helping to fund.

January 2024Utterly unethical. Happily took my money yesterday to join as a member and closed down less than 24hrs later and wont respond to requests for a refund. Never even set foot inside the club. Should have been upfront and/or issue an immediate refund. Scammers and fraudsters.
