We spent a wonderful few days at the hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and so helpful, it was so nice to feel so welcome. We had a family room which was on the basement level, it was a massive room. The sliding door which opened to a mini decked area was nice. Look up to see the sky. We were slightly concerned at first being in the basement level that itwould be dark but this was really nice having a spot to open up. I would like to say a massive thank you to the two housekeeper who were so friendly and when we arrived back during a clean came to find us upstairs to let us know they have finished. They made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this hotel enough, the location is perfect. We can't wait to go back.

This hotel has a perfect central location on a quiet street in Soho. The staff were very friendly and responded to all our requests. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone visiting London and wants to experience the West end. We will definitely come back! A special thanks for the gift my son received, on arrival, for his birthday, we all appreciated it

Lovely and caring staff. Made sure we were aware of everything in our room package and wore than happy to help us with anything we needed! Room was spotless and a fair size with amazing facilities. Mini kitchen with fridge etc and filtered water!

Great location next to Soho Square. Nice modern rooms and not too expensive, book direct for best price (15% off if you become a member). We had 4 in a room which for one night was fine but the single camp bed was very creaky! That is the only real negative but very minor. Staff we very friendly and made us feel very welcome..
