I stayed here recently and didn't expect too much. It did not feel like a standard Holiday Inn, it was much higher end. It did cost more but I got a feee upgrade with a great view over London. Great little pub attached to the hotel.

Good location behind Gloucester tube station & bus station. Room is clean though a bit narrow. Toothpaste, brush, lotion & sandals will be given upon request. Staff are friendly & helpful.

The location was amazing and the staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are of average comfort and quite hard. I was disappointed with the way the bed was made...sheet put on sideways and unable to be tucked in on 2 of 4 sides...affected my sleep with its movement. There was a high level of cleanliness throughout. Great Starbucks on site.

Fantastic location just behind the Gloucester station which makes it easily accessible via Tube or bus. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is good for the price with a suitable room size though the bathroom was a tad compact for my taste. Also, they only give you the minimum toiletries. Service is good though with extremely friendly staff for checking in and checking out.

I don't really known how to compare this hotel to others. Is London so I guess it means the hotel is okay. I guess is hard to find hotels like in the USA for a reasonable price. Is a small hotel. It seems like is old. The rooms are small, more than any hotel I have stay. But I guess for what you need it. It has what it needs. And is within walking distance to some attractions and the subway
