Amazing short stay. My partner and I stayed in the premium king suite the room was spotless, lots of space, had an ironing board, hairdryer, gowns and towels, the bathroom mirror was huge and the room felt sound proofed, we couldn't hear anyone! The receptionists were very friendly as were the staff who seated us for breakfast, they are however a little hasty with clearing up, as we went for seconds on the breakfast we come back to our table being cleared and had to order more tea and coffee.

Great location in South Kensington. Classy, comfortable, affordable, and a real life-saver when I unexpectedly had to stay in London overnight. They only had one room left, though, so ideally book beforehand. It was £157 for a one-night stay for one person with breakfast included. For breakfast, you can order off the menu (I got eggs Benedict) or go to the self-serve as normal. The food was great. I had a lovely stay!

I’ve stayed at the hotel several times over the last month and every stay has been without fault. Great location for a visit to London with the tube station being around the corner. The hotel staff are amazing in particularly the lady that has greeted me for breakfast with a smile every day and the gentleman manning the reception most evenings. The rooms are a little dated, but still decorated to a high standard. All the beds have been comfortable, and in room amenities have been good. I will return to this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel! I've been staying here over the last couple of months for work and it's started to feel like a second home. The staff are brilliant, with a special mention for the lady that is the host each morning at breakfast - always smiling & happy to see us! I have stayed in numerous rooms within the hotel and they have all been great, with basic amenities included. The tube station that is very close by is also an added bonus, as well as the hotel's location within Kensington. I'd definitely recommend this hotel in the future and look forward to staying here again during January!

Bathroom was filthy! The dustbin was still full with previous guests sanitary products! Floor hadn’t been cleaned, there was bits of plastic on the floor. Good coffee machine though and extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty but options were limited
