We stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was pretty good! Staff were very polite and friendly. Location is very nice and most of the attractions were at walking distance. They provide good breakfast options. After checkout you can keep your luggage with them securely so that you can go for a walk till your travel time. In the room they will provide cutlery and dishwasher service. Lobby was bit smelly, rooms are not spacious but just to stay 1-2 nights it was okey. Rest everything is great! We definitely recommend this place.

Really spacious room and very comfortable bed. Small kitchen in room, which we didn't expect, oven was out of order, but didn't effect us as wouldn't of used it. Very hard to move sliding door into the shower. Found it very strange there was no bar or restaurant in a 4 star hotel, though obviously plenty within 5/10 minutes walk, breakfast was good and plenty of it, though it was in the reception area and not enough tables and chairs for the size of the hotel. Great location and friendly staff.

The breakfast needs black pudding. There is a permanent humming noise in my room from a nearby loo. I can't go on the balcony. However the beds are very comfy, the rooms very good and dark, and it's a set up which has everything you could possibly need. Oh; the coffee machine at breakfast was a bit of a let down.

Had a mixed stay over there. Staff was brilliant, had a good time and felt supported. The room are large and good furniture, however the level of work on the room is quite low, chipped paint, black mold in bathroom 302 and sound insulation was really poor. The design of the room itself was quite weird at points. Breakfast was decent and the access to Edinburgh fabulous. Would not come back for the quality of rooms, even if some of them were huge. Fully wheelchair accessible, no steps from taxi to room, automatic doors, flat all throughout, doors large enough. Breakfast area potentially too small for wheelchairs.
