Forget all the negative reviews! This is a fantastic place to stay at while in Edinburgh. The team is amazing! While I was waiting for my room, i was totally impressed how the manage to handle all the stupid questions they got from guests. The room was huge and clean!

Marriot Residence Inn was great & fabulous customer service. Superb location, Masterplanned by Foster & Partners with good mix of rejuvenated Old Buildings + New ones… Great urban rejuvenation typology and fabulous architect juxtaposition outcome.

Nice clean hotel. Quiet area. Great attentive staff. Location is about a 10 to 15 walk from the castle. Convenience stores locally placed within walking distance. Its a shame the room I booked did not have any AC. 4x fans were provided so almost made up for things. Breakfast currently served as part of room service due to small breakfast area not being able to safely seat the guests due to covid restrictions.

Came for my friends 60th, the staff were above and beyond to help me organise a few surprises for her. Hotel was lovely and clean and the room was super spacious and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Convenient location, rooms are nice but need more attention to details. No air conditioner therefore it is really hot
