Cancellation policy

• Less than 210 but more than 183 days prior to the event: The cancellation charge will be equal to 25% of the venue hire or package • Between 183 and 61 days prior to the event: The cancellation charge will be equal to 50% of the venue hire or package • Between 60 days and 32 days prior to the event: The cancellation charge will be equal to 100% of the venue hire or package plus £20 + VAT per person catering deposit based on anticipated numbers • Between 31 days and 8 days prior to the event the cancellation charge will be equal to 100 % of the venue hire (or package) plus 75% of the total anticipated catering charges. • 7 days or less prior to the event: The cancellation charge will be 100% of the venue hire (or package) together with 100% of the anticipated catering charges.

Other rules

- Our venues are strictly over 18+. - Guests must attend the venue with Valid photo ID (passport and valid driver’s license or provisional driver’s license). We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not provide this. - All guests must show, upon entry, Covid Pass via NHS Covid app as well as international/European Covid passes if they are either an attachment to an official email or download/generate in the moment of requirement. Negative Lateral Flow Test are also valid as long it has been done in the last 48hrs and the result registered on the NHS website and result sent by text message. - All social distancing measures must be followed through during your time at the venue. The venue will change its policies regarding this dependant on what is announced by the government around the date of your booking. Failure to comply with social distancing regulations or aspects implemented for COVID-19 can result in termination of your event / reservation in the venue with non-refundable funds. Subject to government restrictions, the venue reserves the right to cancel. - No bookings are confirmed until an official confirmation is agreed by a member of staff. - For table bookings, the cardholder must be present with the payment card, ID and booking confirmation. - We reserve the right to eject from or refuse admission to the venue if any visitor or guest deemed in the reasonable opinion of our staff or security personnel to be intoxicated, unruly, threatening, violent, dangerous, under the age of 18 or not complaint with the venue dress code. - We do reserve the right to relocate your party to another area within the venue or another suitable venue operated by us, as our discretion, without liability if the venue must close due to unforeseen circumstances. - Deposits are non-refundable, but redeemable towards drinks on the night. If you need to change the event date, we can offer a credit note to be used within a 6-month period. - Entry will be charged at specific venues from 22:00 onwards with a table booking. If you do not have a table booking, entry will be charged from 21:00 onwards. These times are subject to changes if the date in question is a peak day. - Our venues operate a strict no glass policy. Drinks will be decanted into plastic cups. No drinks can be taken from the premises. - The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. - The venue is not responsible for any personal property. If items have been lost, please email [email protected] the next day with a full description of the item, venue name and date of attendance. - All dates are available on a first come, first serve basis

    Horrible! I went with a group of girls, we were enjoying ourselves when a very intimidating man came and invaded our space and aggressively perused us, even when we made it clear we weren’t interested he still persisted which forced us to leave. We felt very unsafe and unsettled. When leaving the bouncers referred to the man and knew about his behaviour but wouldn’t do anything as ‘that’s just him’. God knows how many other women have been harassed here and nothing has been done. Ruined our experience completely and view this place badly because of it.
