December 2023Went in for a facial which was excellent. Beautiful setting, lovely grounds and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. All good. Rather surprised to find that lunch was not available . If you wanted to spend a spa day here you would have to get dressed and go out of the hotel for lunch which put us off returning in the afternoon . Didn't see the rooms

January 2024Beautiful weekend away with large comfortable rooms, a lovely spa with pool, sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi! Great food and wine in the restaurant. Also a lovely bar area to sit & relax in the evening. Surrounded by a golf course & a pretty building. Close to the centre of Norwich. Will definitely be staying again

March 2024This was the venue for a directors meeting and would have been 5 stars had it not been for the meeting room not being set up the way we had asked. Plenty of free parking, hot and cold drinks throughout the day and lunch was great. We were even able to use the golf club bar afterwards.

January 2024The hotel itself was beautifully presented. I didn't realize that it would be so full of families, the corridors were quite noisy which you can hear from the room. The room was really really nice! Clean, spacious and fairly luxurious to be honest. The pool facilities were a bit grubby and some of them not working which is very disappointing. The gym needs a deep clean and paint! The restaurant is always fully booked for some reason but food came with our stay so we got in. It'd be annoying to have to drive somewhere for food. The food was very standard, it would be nice to have some healthy options. Overall it's a good bargain.

March 2024Stayed here due to work in the area. There was an issue on arrival with my room. My colleague had paid for it [and had receipt] but the reception couldn't find me? Eventually put me in a suite. Bed comfy & decent shower but room had a mouldy smell? There was also a constant noise from what seemed to be from the huge TV on the wall? It was on & off all night & kept waking me up. They also couldn't get us in for evening meal? Nor my colleague the night before. The next morning breakfast booked for 0700 [apparently that was the only time available] . My colleagues & I were there early but didn't get in till 0715? Probably wouldn't stay again. Sorry
