Lovely theatre in central London. Lots of character and friendly helpful staff. Auditorium is one of the roomier ones, with roomy seats (stalls). Would have given 5 stars but on a hot humid night they need to fix the air conditioning!!! It did mar my enjoyment as we were all melting in the heat!!

Bat Out Of Hell was spectacular! I took 3 friends who had never heard of Meat Loaf or Jim Steinmann(!). They had such a great time. The energy of the cast is contagious. The set, singing and costumes are excellent. The theatre itself has spacious entry and bar areas, so we were never crushed. Plus, first time I've come across a theatre where I barely had to queue for the ladies. A great experience.

Being an ardent fan of Jim steinman, I went with my daughter to see 'Bat Out of Hell' and highly recommend it. A brilliant time was had by all and the happy patrons added immensely to the wonderful atmosphere. That said I'd best get on with the review as it is depicting to the theatre itself. We found all the staff to be very helpful courteous and friendly even whilst rummaging through our bags, sadly a necessity in this day and age and luckily, nothing embarrassing was Unearthed. They're were numerous staff around should anyone require help or directions in the large welcoming carpeted foyer. We were seated at the very back on the ground level but had excellent views of the stage and no problems with the audio. Binoculars are available to hire which are attached to the seat in front and accessible by inserting (£1, I think) I took mine with me and put the money towards a drink at the bar :) which is just as well as it cost £14 for two glasses of wine and a small lemonade!! As I am out of town this seems an exuberant price, though I expect normal for London. The bar was very small for the amount of patrons but adequate for the amount who frequented it, no doubt the majority waited for the show to end and searched a cheaper venue. The toilets were accessible, though I can't say much about them as there were so many people, it wasn't possible to really see beyond cross-legged bodies. I did note that they were well lit, definitely clean and free from any unpleasant aromas, with soap, hot and cold running water and high speed dryers. I would highly recommended the Dominion Theatre and given it four out of five stars, only due to the inflated bar prices which I do feel would generate them a lot more profit if they did special offers and brought the prices down. It makes a lot more sense to sell 100 drinks at a £1 profit than to only sell 10 at a £3 profit, but well done Dominion on all other aspects, a brilliant time was had by all.

A huge theatre with good views everywhere. A good venue for big shows. Sound quality was good when I was here for 'Bat Out Of Hell'. Seats are fairly standard and leg room is normal. Immediately across the road from Tottenham Court Road Station and with a subway that surfaces right outside the theatre.

Saw Bat out of Hell for the third time...Brilliant show. Theatre has great seating with good leg room. We sat in the stalls. The bar is good but no seating hence I only gave 4 stars. You can order drinks for the interval. We had great view of stage even though we were at the back.
