Taking full advantage of its warehouse roots, The Warehouse and Loft rooms are both impressive spaces, ideal for focus groups, workshops, innovation sessions, team days, co-creation sessions and meetings.

At Sutherland Labs we are making huge efforts to ensure that we are taking all necessary precautions to stop the spread of COVID-19.

We have all started remote working. We are implementing new hygiene and safety measures so that when we can return to the studios, the necessary equipment and systems are in place to be able to facilitate the use of the studios safely.

We understand that things are not going to go back to normal straight away and we are aiming to be prepared to get back to our studios as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we want to encourage you to think ahead and book with us. If you begin to feel closer to the time that this date will no longer suit, you are able to postpone or cancel with no cancellation fee.

This is one of our more eclectic meeting rooms, with a mix of boardroom seating and slouchy, informal sofa.

The Meeting Room is ideal for private meetings or presentations and seating 10 boardroom style and also comes with a comfy sofa area to break away and tea making facilities in the room.

Featuring whiteboards, TV screen and refreshment station.

We can assist you in setting up a video conference for you and the wider team!

Sutherland Labs have taken steps to ensure staff & client safety during the Covid-19 pandemic.
PPE available for your comfort level. A station in reception with masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.

Good labs, nice facilities, coffee and tea. Unfortunately a lot of background noise from the mics in the observation room . Also they feed you!

Our team has had 3 days of user testing at Sutherland Labs and I definitely can recommend it. The staff are all very kind, accommodating and helpful. Also totally recommend ordering the afternoon tea they offer as it's a great pick me up if you're in the middle of a long day of testing! Observation rooms are comfortable (the one upstairs is spacious) and we'll stocked with fruit and drinks. Room has two monitors and has recording equipment set up, which is helpful as well.
