Went to Quaglinos yesterday for a bottomless brunch with a few friends. Firstly I will say the venue is very nice and looks amazing. However the actual experience here wasn’t that great. Firstly our waiter was pretty odd to say the least? Didn’t speak very clearly at all, didn’t know items from the menu and got quite snappy with us at some points. The actual food as well was pretty average, my pasta was hard and looked like it had been sitting there for a while, not terrible but not good by any means. I really think they should just stick to brunch items rather than trying to do lunch dishes as well because the quality just isn’t there. I’m sure it’s probably better in the evening. However I will say the cocktails and service at the mezzanine bar was excellentGOOGLE REVIEW

The service was terrible! I went to the restaurant to celebrate getting a new job and got a nice bottle of champagne to go with our meal. As we were walked to our table and sat down, the waitress dropped her tray and both glasses of champagne fell on my head and smashed. My entire back was soaked and I had broken glass in my hair and in my shoes. The waitress just froze and the other members of staff just hurried over to clear the floor but no one really said sorry and I had to ask to firstly change table as it was wet and the floor had become sticky. I then assumed that they would potentially give me my bottle as a complimentary sorry or at least a desert or offer to pay for my dry cleaning at the very minimum but we were ignored. We had to ask a few times to speak to the manager and when he eventually came over and I explained what happened he was arrogant and rude and said there was nothing he could do. When I said that i was still taking glass out of my hair he said "what you want me to call an ambulance or something?" For the rest of the night we had to wait extended period of time for any service, whether it was for a drink or to give our order for food, we were simply ignored. It was a terrible shame as the venue is beautiful, but really disappointing from all staff members.GOOGLE REVIEW

Excellent, can't fault the place. Large seating area with what appeared to be a couple of other areas for dining as well. Nice bar, while we waited for our table, we were 15 mins early. Snacks on the bar while waiting. Did not like the background music, (Jazz), but nice singer. Excellent service, had two waiters attending our table, probably because it was early. Will definitely go there again.GOOGLE REVIEW

The sort of place you'd bring someone if you want to impress them. Mayfair institution Quaglino's is rich in history hosting celebrities and even the monarch in the past. Easy to see why. It a big bar/restaurant with private dining areas and a stage for live music performances. Cocktails are incredible and reflects Quaglino's past and food is the finest, showcasing the best of British. Glam up if you want to come here. It's a place for special occasions.GOOGLE REVIEW
