What might be helpful is if the official letters you send out to people have the correct postcode to contact you back! That's just embarrassing or purposely misleading?

It take days for the staff to change the temperature of the office because they need to bring some guys from Network Rail. It's raining inside the office and the staff can't do anything as they say. The alarm is ringing almost everyday, this is very annoying while in meeting. We also had multiple network outages, I basically have a more reliable connection at home than here.
