Defining words: Excellent Experience. While I may have certain qualms about wandering around in industrial estates late in the evening, this is a well-sign posted area that hints at the quintessentially hipster vibe of Bristol. With its mixture of coarse brick and exposed concrete soffits, it definitely gives off an industrial feel, but with an upgrade of comfortable modernization. I went here for a spectacular evening of candlelight Jazz, which at first glance, looked like a major fire hazard. Don’t worry, the candles are electric. The raspberry-blessed Gin was delightful, the music was divine and the setting was heavenly. I was temporarily transported to a plane of exceeding joy. Really good venue and I can imagine it would be perfect for wedding after-parties.

A centre for creative businesses, and a real attraction for photographers with the Martin Parr Foundation and neighbouring Royal Photographic Society putting on truly wonderful talks & exhibitions. The Bocabar serves great pizza, in a bistro/bar. Downside is limited parking on site.

The place itself is ok if a bit spartan. the Vintage Decor Show we attended on a Sunday afternoon in May was poorly attended and had lots of stallholders missing. You can put this down to lock down but you have to ask a question how can you charge 4 quid for a half empty car boot sale?
