Horrible experience and even worse customer service. I booked my birthday party there, and was promised I could get a FULL refund. Instead, on the night, they said it could only be redeemed behind the bar. They then charged a load of food and drinks to my tab that wasn't ours, said we could have free drinks to make up for it, then charged us for those too. I'm almost £100 out of pocket. The staff were rude, swore at us, and utterly unhelpful. The management team said they would call me to help make it right, but that was five days ago. I've called them multiple times a day to try and get a response, but no one picks up. Avoid at all costs and don't trust them with your money. Ruined what I hoped would be a special day.

Great pub with a solid selection of beers (Five Points, Camden Pale, etc), reasonably priced food and attentive service. Perfect summer drinking spot with a large back garden, big-screen telly and private beach huts. We booked one, which came with its own TV. It allowed us to watch the game in peace, while the staff made sure we didn't go hungry or thirsty. Highly recommend.

It’s a really cool place but some staff were slightly rude and unwelcoming. Also all the staff seemed undertrained or brand new? Poor girl bringing drinks to our hut spilled every single one every time. The (guy who I think was) manager was lovely and we had a small hut but he managed to get us a bigger one. Food was nice! And a good busy atmosphere. Just need to train staff better!

As others have stated, the decor of this place is really cool. It’s all about the huge garden and the private huts. Service at the bar is very slow as the place gets packed, leaving people there a bit frustrated. Decent selection of beers with the usual lagers plus some craft. Overall I’d recommend coming here for an event such as a birthday only.

The place is nice; good atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was tasty, particularly the sharer plates. The "breaded cod fingers sandwich", however, was neither breaded nor a sandwich which was a bit disappointing - it was battered and came on top of sliced bread/ toast with scattered iceberg. Only 3 slices of bread meant I couldn't really make my own sandwich. I also didn't get the side that I'd ordered (I didn't chase the order, but I'd expect not to). It's a long review for only a couple of gripes. Go for yourself and I'm sure you'll have a good experience.
