February 2024Hotel and spa is nice. Got to room and chrome cast has been disabled in the rooms!! Wasn't told about this prior, is a bit let down. The restaurant requires an urgent décor refresh.

March 2024Place was great service was good too including treatment and food. However would never stay the night. First we had to move rooms 3 times, then alarm went off and woke us up only to find out somebody had set it off so could not settle sgain, bed very uncomfortable. When we brought it up in the morning staff were not really bothered dismissive

January 2024Rooms and locations are fine but the service is dire - despite leaving details of my credit card are at reception to cover charges, when i went to order; the charges had not been authorised. I ordered food in the bar and when it arrived it was cold ( not lukewarm - completely cold ) - the solution as far as the staff were concerned was to slap it in a microwave and bring it back to table 90 seconds later - when i declined to accept it, the staff were very snippy and retorted did i want to wait 30 minutes for it to be recooked - I declined and got a refund - definitely not up to the standard one would expect.
