The Doxford International Centre is an attractive modern red-brick building in a popular 79-acre business and technology park on the outskirts of Sunderland near the cities of Durham and Newcastle. This is one of the region's key locations for corporate headquarters and financial and customer services centres. About 8,000 people are employed here, working for world-class companies and smaller start-up businesses from all sectors. Towering at the park's entrance is Robert Erskine's award-winning sculpture Quintisection, a huge cross-section of an ocean liner providing a visual reminder of the area's 700-year shipbuilding heritage. Today Sunderland is one of the UK's most competitive business locations. The city continues to build upon its worldwide reputation as a centre for automotive manufacturing and is home to a host of blue-chip companies in other industries including financial services, clothing and telecommunications. It is also an increasingly important location for fast-growing technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.

The space is 18 sqm.

Came here for a medical and it was easy enough to find. The car park was almost full though and you do have to pay for parking. However, if you go to the receptionist, she will give you a code to reduce the cost from £6 to £1. Overall, it was not a bad experience, wasn't waiting too long. Doctor was pleasant to me and seemed to actually care about my injuries. The reason I give only 3 stars is the car park was almost full to capacity, and I wasn't informed about any parking charges prior to coming. It's on a private industrial estate so to charge people for parking seems a little harsh.

Stay away at all costs, went to physio didn't see signs no one told me and got a parking ticket, in visitor bay £60 rip off place. Will now book my physio somewhere else, that dosent rip people off. Got a reply which basically fobs you off. How can you be at a visitors bay at a facility that's already been paid for and get parking charges at an extortionate 10x it's value. Do Not Attend this site.
