Enjoyed the stay. Great location, superb pool/gym. Nice bar and breakfast area. Easy free parking. Busy. And lots going on, but easy to find a quiet spot. Sports on TV in the bar...but in a subtle way.

The room was nice and big. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only thing was that the pool is away from the main building and also we couldn't use the pool at the time we wanted to as there was an aqua aerobics class. Lovely places to sit and chill near the bar area

We spent our birthday evening here and found the room to be very nice and tidy. What surprised us was the heated floor in the bathroom and the speakers that connects to the TV which were really bonus points. Has nice bottled water (both still and sparking!) in the mini fridge and that was really lovely. Check in was efficient (front desk staff could do with a bit more welcoming and enthusiasm though) and location was great. Very good breakfast with plenty of chives and some cooked to order food too. Has a very nice pool and lovely steam room and sauna (in a separate building to the hotel so you’ll have to walk out to reach but they provide locker and towel). Only downside was we left a message at time of booking to see if some birthday room turndown could be arranged and we didn’t get a response. lovely river side walk after breakfast. You can also use the spa after check out.

Was there for a friends wedding this weekend so can only comment on the pre and post wedding experience The room was poor, tiny and cramped in, there wasn't much space between the bed and dresser I caught my trousers and scratched my leg on the draw knob sticking out as I did see it with the such poor lighting in the room The bed was arched and it felt like I was going to fall off it if I went too close to the edge The curtains don't close properly and with them open there's no net curtains to stop people from the flats next door looking in when you want them open to see while getting dressed and packing away The bathroom door is frosted glass that still lights up the room so taking a nighttime toilet without waking anyone up has to be done with the light off. Come check out I would of thought the reception staff would ask how you night was but didn't so the reason of giving a review on here. Just a side note the wedding party also had complaints with there room and other wedding things
