Was great atmosphere! My partner really enjoyed their food. My vegan chilli pie wasn't as nice but received a wonderful follow-up apology email a day after filling out their own feedback form so fab customer service.

Food was awful and way over priced. My starter, crab and avocado was served as a ‘pate’ in a tiny pot. It was very dry and under seasoned, served with toast that was very hard and dry. Main, sirloin steak with fries. The steak was full of gristle, several mouth fulls I could not swallow - very embarrassing (£20). Fries, well anyone could cook fries however the portion was very small. It’s very sad as I was looking forward to this evening and felt my hard earned money was wasted. Fellow diners had the same feedback. Service was swift and the staff were pleasant.

Excellent would definitely return. Food and service were great. I went for a family get together in a private room. I thought we may have felt cut off from the restaurant but it had glass walls and we could still hear the buzz from a very busy Saturday lunchtime. Terrine, salmon and chocolate crumble were perfect.

There's always a warm welcome here with friendly service and delicious food including vegan choices. It's always busy so I'd recommend reserving especially for pre-theatre dining.

Great meal, great service and we were quite late coming in. Cornish steak meal delicious. Desserts very tasty, esp the specialist ice creams and the lemon tart. Good Aircon in this heat!
