A mirror image of Room 203 but located on the 2nd floor, Room 203 can either be used individually as a smaller meeting space or can be opened up in conjunction with 202, to create a larger meeting room.
On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings for up to 16 in boardroom and can also work great as a green room or organiser office space.

4 Cancellation charges 4.1 The cancellation charges for function room bookings are as follows: * More than 6 months prior to event: no charge * 6 months - 8 weeks prior to event: 50% of total charge * 8 weeks - 5 working days prior to event: 80% of total charge * Less than 5 working days to event: 100% of total charge 4.2 The Client Liaison Manager must be advised in writing of any cancellation of a booking by the Hirer.

Hired a meeting room for a team away day. Very warm welcome from the concierge, refreshments available on arrive and topped up throughout the day. It’s a fantastic building though a shame there was no air con. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful building with lovely food, staff and proper AV support. The rooms have large windows for proper sunlight to come in. The rooftop has shard as the view through the roof window and the hall. Ideal location for corporate events and even marriage.

Great location, easy to get to, friendly staff and good place to hold our conference. The in house caterers were really good, nicely cooked and served by friendly staff. Easy walk from London Bridge Station.

Signage is a bit confusing in that it's also a place to hire out rooms and caterers but never the less a lovely building, well kitted out with tech support. Welcome upon arrival was a little cold but I can ignore that. Bags "checked" ... I.e. open it and that's it. Nice rooms, plenty of screens and microphone tech.
