I recently visited the Sopra Steria UKVI office located at Regus 6th Floor, City Gate East Tollhouse Hill, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham NG1 5FS for my visa application for indefinite leave to remain, and I must say, my experience was excellent. From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They efficiently took my biometrics and photo, and swiftly checked my documents, completing the process in just around 10 minutes. Their guidance throughout was clear and reassuring, making the entire application process smooth and stress-free. One aspect that impressed me was the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the toilets. It's worth mentioning that they have baby changing facilities available for both men and women, which is a thoughtful inclusion and shows their consideration for visitors with families. Furthermore, for those driving to the office, parking is conveniently available in nearby car parks at reasonable charges, making it hassle-free to access the office. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at the Sopra Steria UKVI office in Nottingham. The professionalism, efficiency, and consideration shown by the staff made my visa application process a positive one, and I would certainly recommend their services to others.

Lovely and beautiful environment. Awesome staff, very good and friendly with the kids. The kids biometrics was very fast and quick. Totally an awesome experience.
