Established in 1832, The Castle is a proud feature of Tooting’s bustling high street, serving an impressive array of real ale, craft beer, cocktails, and more.

Our bar area is the perfect space for relaxed drinks with friends.

Should you prefer full table service, then our Orangery is ideal for brunch, lunch or dinner, and is also available for you to hire for any festive get-together.

Not only do we have beautiful inside spaces, but we also have a fantastic big beer garden, complete with eight garden huts that can be hired for all manner of celebrations.

Whether you’re planning a get-together, birthday party, engagement, Christening, or wake, the Castle has a number of bookable spots for private hire.

Our Orangery dining area is showered in natural light and is the perfect place for a meal with family and friends. Imagine a homely conservatory vibe with a central fireplace, but with the added bonus of bringing the outside in by opening the concertina windows leading into the garden.

Delicious fish taco and amazing scotch egg. I had a great laugh with the lady behind the bar; truly brighten my day.

A large, lively pub with decent food and a good selection of beers. Service was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our lunch here before heading off to the rugby at London Broncos.

The pub interior is lovely with a good atmosphere. But the steak sandwich was just awful! For £10 would have expected more than what was just essentially for slices of bread with horseradish and the smallest bits of steak.. and no sides either.
