Lovely hotel with great facilities and in most convenient location. Super friendly and efficient staff, special thanks to Natalia at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Good quality toiletries and coffee selection in the rooms. We had the room overlooking the station but you can hardly hear the noise.

Cannot speak more highly of this hotel. The location, quality and service were superb. The room was fantastic with an amazing view of London City skyline. My 8 year old daughter and I spent a Saturday night there and she loved the pool and spa area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The complimentary old fashioned sweet trolley in the foyer on arrival was a particular hit with my daughter and Malik the duty manager ensured our check-in and stay there was seamless. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel and liked the room; it was cozy and made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. The bathroom, though, looked a bit old, It worked fine but didn't match the niceness of the room. The swimming pool area was okay but not as great as I hoped. The Jacuzzi was really small, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was tasty with good options, but it was pretty expensive. It felt a bit too much for what you get. Overall, my stay was nice because of the comfy room and good service. The hotel could improve the pool and make breakfast a better deal.

Great service, well positioned, but my room was in an annex of the hotel, not the main building. 3 floors with 2 bedrooms each, no lift with a view into an empty office building where the lights had been left on. Ordered room service, good was nice but cold as it took so long to get here. Large bathrooms, but soap and cream dispenser fallen off the wall. Toilet area so small, you're sitting against the toilet paper roll.

We stay in a lot of hotels for business and I really didn’t enjoy this one. * The walls are PAPER thin. Our neighbours were talking and watching a film (I expect at normal volume) until 2am which was very hard to sleep through. * You’d get more water pressure from standing out in the rain than under the shower - both the main head and detachable head were BEYOND awful. * The room was hot and we tried to cool it down but the minimum cold air con temperature is 24 degrees - way too hot for us! It heated the room instead of cooling it. * You hear every bang and movement in the night. We opened the window for air and then at 7:30am the restaurant staff started setting up the outside furniture - this involved scraping rather than lifting the furniture for what felt like an eternity. * On the plus side.. the light up bathroom mirror was fantastic and the staff very polite. However after a truly dreadful nights sleep, we felt tired and unprepared for our business meetings the next day. We won’t stay here again.
