February 2024The hotel itself is modern and stunning All staff friendly Breakfast staff were above and beyond; all wonderful, especially around my gluten intolerance (coeliac disease) Didn’t need any help from staff members other than that Hotel was quiet, didn’t hear a peep from our room which is unheard of in the city centre Exactly the break/escape we were looking for Can’t wait to come back

February 2024This was my first stay in Pullman Liverpool, although I am very familiar with the Pullman chain. This did not disappoint. The staff were very attentive and reacted very quickly to any requests. Parking is just a short walk away, in the multi story with very reasonable rates. I will definitely be returning.

February 2024My partner and I stayed for Valentine’s we loved the room we were given a free upgrade which was lovely. The only reason it isn’t a 10/10 is the breakfast was late and cold unfortunately. My partner didn’t enjoy his breakfast. It would have been better to have a still bottle of water each too. Other than that it was fantastic and will certainly be returning. Great value for the room the shower was incredible.

December 2023Great hotel, the rooms are very clean and warm (you can change the temperature on the AC). Very quiet as well. The bed was comfy, plus you're given a selection of pillows to choose from. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. There is also tea/coffee making facilitates, would be great if they put some vegan/lactose free milk though. Breakfast was delicious (english breakfast, yogurts, fruits, pastries, ham, cheese. Vegan/vegetarian options are available).

January 2024The staff made the stay very easy and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable (Deluxe Room), the amenities and location were suitable for me. My only point is the storage for clothing. The wardrobe was sufficient, but for folded clothes there wasn't really much of an option. Other than that, the food and service were exceptional.
