Located within the grounds of Q Vardis in Middlesex, The Mallard Suite is the perfect setting for your wedding celebrations. The venue is nestled within luscious green gardens and beside the River Frays, providing you with a tranquil atmosphere that feels far removed from the buzz of London.
We understand that you want your big day to be absolutely perfect; we work closely with each of our couples to ensure that everything is just right. Throughout your wedding preparations, our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be on hand to help and support you. From the inexpensive to the extravagant, they will strive to provide your dream day whilst easing some of the stresses of planning a wedding.
The Mallard Suite is licensed for 80 guests, the restaurant can hold 140 guests & evening party up to 350 guests. The venue is perfect for both formal and informal celebrations.
We take great pride in our superb menus and delicious buffets. As everyone has different personal tastes, we can adapt our menus to suit you. We also offer a variety of fantastic wedding packages to accommodate your specific ideas and requirements, or you can design your own bespoke package. You can discuss your ideas with our wonderful wedding co-ordinators to create your perfect, tailor-made day.

Invalid Dategreat venue for a wedding i recently went to. the day was so so so hot with everyone dressed up however, the building was air conditioned which was an absolute life saver with the dancing and drinking everyone was doing. just a shame they ran out of wine.

Invalid DateAttended here for a family members wedding anniversary. The building is located on a small quiet side road next to a fishing lake. Parking is substantial and it's easily sign posted to avoid missing it. Not very pedestrian friendly on the way in with no pavements. Building is nice. Located next to a river it's very pretty. Inside is quiet large, boasting ample seating a bar and a dance floor. There was also another side, closed to us, used for wedding ceremonies. Staff were polite and seemed happy considering the noise. Air conditioning seemed weak or non existent and the room heated quickly. Food was nice. Well displayed and well replenished as things ran out. Drinks were pricey, but premium available. Nice venue in all.
