Novotel London Waterloo, Paris Suite

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious. People were so friendly all the time. The location was very close to the Eye of London and the Big Ben. Also Lambeth North subway was in a walking distance of 7-8 minutes. I had enjoyed every moment in Novotel Waterloo. I give 5 stars with no hesitation. I strongly advise.

This was our first time visiting London from Australia & the team at Novotel made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. We arrived early in the morning from our flight & one of the concierge staff gave us a breakfast recommendation which was can say was the best breakfast we ate our whole stay. We were also graciously provided with a complementary upgrade to an executive room which was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the city. The hotel itself was perfectly located for us as we were able to walk everywhere. These kind gestures made our week stay in Waterloo absolutely perfect & we can’t thank your team enough. We would absolutely recommend staying here & hope to be back one day!

Stayed for 1 night at on a work trip. Steady and stable free WiFi was most welcomed for the meetings I needed to attend during my stay. Room lovely and spacious and a fabulous view over the city. Bar staff and food in the bar great. Breakfast service was excellent. Restaurant was exceptionally busy but the staff (especially the restaurant manager on service today 6th March) worked non stop cleaning and clearing tables to seat everyone as quick as possible, and all with a smile. Its did not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much for a very pleasurable stay.
