Ok... so not cheap, however, worth every penny. From Wayne's welcome and send off, to the club room staff attentiveness. The spa and pool were an added bonus, very clean with allocated time slots for guests. The rooms were spotless and ample in size...apart from the loo....( but maybe that was just in our room) and the front desk staff were exceedingly efficient.

Stayed here while on business. Location is slightly outside of city center, but not a far walk. Room was very nice. Didn’t take advantage of the spa or other hotel amenities, but enjoyed my stay here.

Popped in around 4:00pm for early dinner and we were met with a warm welcome and seated with views of the castle. Our meal was delicious and accompanied with some craft beers and all at a reasonable price. Excellent service by all the friendly staff. Recommend and hope to return when next in the capital.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast. Located very close to prince's street so great for getting around.

We had a club room on the top floor. It was Spacious and comfortable. Spa staff didn't respond to enquiries beforehand so not able to book treatments. Only the pool & sauna was open, with a sign saying the thermal experience had boiler issues. We had booked for our anniversary as friends had enjoyed their stay previously, and said how good the spa/pool area was. I was a bit disappointed. I didn't feel it was good value for money. The actual hotel staff were friendly though.
