Really gives an insight into what actually happened during those times and the artefacts and information is fascinating. Well worth a visit and worth the entrance fee, so much to see and discover. Full of key facts and actual real life stories, bringing to life the story of Churchill, the war cabinet and the integral part he played in shaping our history. A real character and icon of past times. Fabulous way to educate future generations, with real footage, documents, maps and even some of Churchill’s iconic clothing. My son and I were blown away with the details, thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend. Don’t forget to pick up a guide book at a reasonable price and a free audio guide.

Such an excellent museum, can't say enough good things! First of all, buying tickets online beforehand is a must, otherwise you'll be standing in line for an eternity waiting to get in. Plan to spend a long time here, we skimmed quite a bit of the exhibition and were still inside for over 2 hours. So much great history is packed in here, it was really intriguing to get into Churchill's background and rise into his iconic role. The rooms were so fascinating, you really get a great since of how things were during the war and to be working down there! So cool!

This was well done. Very informative and you got an appreciation what it was like during WWII. The narrated audio was good and easy to use. The kids enjoyed it as well. In the middle of the tour was a museum about Churchill's life, and it was OK but not as good as the rest of the tour. If you already have background on Churchill, it would help to put the place in perspective. We went at the end of the day and the line wasn't very long. If you buy tickets directly online, you can go to the priority line. We had the London Pass and had to wait in the regular line and the took all priority people first.

Of all the museums, tours, and other tourist attractions I've done in Europe, the Churchill War Rooms take the cake. Everything is incredibly well done, from the preservation of the rooms to the Churchill Museum. It really makes you want to learn more about Churchill. Take my dad for example. In my entire life, I don't think I've ever seen him read a biography or history book. As soon as we walked out of the War Rooms, he told me he was going to read a Churchill biography. As far as must-see attractions go, this is right up there. It is not flashy but full of substance. Don't leave London without making a trip here.

absolutely worth your time if you are interested in seeing WWII history in London. there can be quite a queue if you go day of, so I recommend either going early in the morning or booking online in advance. I easily spent 2 hours here since there is a lot to explore, including the Churchill Museum. in addition, the audio tour is fantastic and included with the price of your ticket—don’t forget to pick it up before you enter the rooms!
