Visited this hotel for a stopover during our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff, from the doormen to the front desk staff were exceptional. And the hotel manager gave us some brownies too! Amazing, would highly recommend to anyone and the view was incredible!

If you’re staying here and are able to, use the M lounge as it’s great. Had 2 evenings in there, large screen TVs which we watched England lose the Euros and the second night just chilled. On both occasions, we were looked after by Katie. Lovely lady who couldn’t do enough. She along with other staff at the hotel made our stay really enjoyable, despite the game. Thanks so much to the hotel and to Katie

A piece of history with a wonderful view! The hotel is situated in an old county hall, however it's been rennovated and the rooms are comfy. The swimming pool is nice and we also enjoyed the gin bar. Breakfast was decent, not brilliant. The staff were all very kind and gracious. The housekeeping is a bit on the spotty side, you have to request it proactively and they still sometimes don't show up or forget to replace soaps or wash glasses. It's conveniently located not far from both Westminster and Waterloo tube and other attractions. Would definitely recommend!

Good rooms. Fab location! Clean. Excellent pool/gym facilities. Bet happy with the breakfast. We were welcomed with Sparkling Wine and balloons/kids activity packs for kids. Wonderful decor and away from the bustling crowds. Great start It probably deserved a 4.5 star but the staff need improving. Nothing major but you’d hope they have basic skills. Luckily it didn’t ruin the experience and overall I’d still recommend this hotel.

Despite the outstanding location and the decent atmosphere, the experience is quite hard to enjoy. We booked the room with a park view, but they gave us the room with a inner courtyard view. We changed twice and finally got a room with a park view, where we can have a glimpse of the London Eye. The room was not bad for the price, but I cannot rate the experience very high.
