Loved the look of the menu but disappointed with the meal. Staff were friendly but there was no roast beef or burgers and one of the largers were out as well. We ordered bread and olives from the starter menu and 4 mains. The starters were brought out at the same time as the mains. On mentioning this to the waitress we were told that we should have said when ordering that we wanted the starters to come out separately before the mains!!! Just glad I didn't order a hot starter. We decided to eat the mains first as they were hot and come back for the bread/olives. Even so the vegetables were cold as soon as we started eating. For a meal for 4 costing over £115, I was expecting better. Disappointed and will not be back. Toilets were a bit of a mess as well although the dining area was fairly pleasant.GOOGLE REVIEW

We went in for a drink on a Thursday night around 10:30pm. The bar staff (of which there were many, were aimlessly wondering around) refused to acknowledge let alone serve us, and when we finally got a barman's attention he said he had 15 shooters to pour and make 8 cocktails before he would serve us. Last rounds were called a few minutes later, so we just left. Shocking service and I hope management know that customers are being lost due to inefficient staff. Will never set foot inside the bar again. *********************** Hi Katie, Thanks for your response. I must clarify that this happened on Thursday 2 August 2018 and not the most recent Thursday past. Regards SimoneGOOGLE REVIEW

It's a recreated pub inside Westfield shopping centre. It''s the only one there nice beer but a bit theme park. Better places either more down market for the authentic boozer experience or simply better venues are near by. It's not awful it's just about "why?"GOOGLE REVIEW

Great experience with my family, we ventured into this busy pub on a Friday evening around 8pm was lucky to find a table upstairs. Very much enjoyed the butchers boards along with fish & chips and scampi. Food was fast, good portions size. Enjoyed the music.GOOGLE REVIEW

The Pub is quite large and is presented more like a restaurant when inside. It has 2 floors and extra rooms and sections to make for a spacious building for those busy nights. The cocktails however are priced at a minimum of £9.50 and the brunch menu serves very small portions when compared to the price of those too. It is an expensive pub but the food and cocktails are high quality and have been priced as such for that reason, also the fact that it is part of the Westfield complex holds it up to the standards of the shopping centre too. There are sofa areas to relax in, a fireplace and clean toilets to use. Overall a fine place to dine and drink with friends or family.GOOGLE REVIEW
