March 2024Well run and maintained hotel. Clean rooms and great for short trips. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Is cheaper than hotels in the high areas and close to lots of transit options to move around during your trip. The only downside is the location.. there is pretty much nothing good in a 6-7 block radius. This hotel is great to save money in your stay while still have a great service and clean. But don’t expect the location to be prime real state. Another good thing was their food service and bar. For a holiday inn, I was very happy with their options and quality.

March 2024Overall great experience, thank you to the staff who were super helpful with our requests, in special Reenu from reception and the lady who served us tea while my Mrs. wasn't feeling so well We would like to suggest raising the water pressure of the toilets as it takes twice or three times as much effort to flush the toilet, which is wastefull and frustrating. We can imagine the cleaning staff may not be having a good experience and this is not fair with them. Room is modern and well designed. Great value for money considering everything. Strength is definitely in the staff!

February 2024BOOK THEM! We would come back! Not sure I can sum up our stay in a paragraph. We visited London from The States (New York & New Jersey) because our daughter is studying there, so we stayed 2 weeks @ this Holiday Inn. We met the most AMAZING people from day 1! Not just the staff but a frequent visitor who we call Keith our Angel.:) EVERYONE was so helpful up until the day we left meeting Riu! The reception staff (Vince), others & bartenders (Shuvo & Gokul) were hospitable, accommodating & kind! I forgot the other bartenders names but they made us want to stay from the love they showed daily! We checked in & out while visiting other countries and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage. #GRATEFUL The area outside wasn't the cleanest but it was safe and near all transportation routes! The hotel was SPOTLESS and that's what really mattered. They greeted us like family EVERYDAY! They knew what we wanted before we said it. #customerserviceiskey My husband and I miss them but we will be back and staying at this location. Xo The staff made the stay more comfortable and pleasant. 🥰

February 2024We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, the staff is really professional, friendly and attentionate , kindly offered to store our luggage for few hours. The hotel itself is finely located, though not in a picture postcard neighborhood. Bus Line 15 takes you right from the hotel to aldgate east station or even straight to covent garden, pass tower bridge and saint Paul cathedral! I would definitely recommend holiday Inn Whitechapel.

April 2024Nice 2 night stay, rooms were nice and really clean but our air conditioning wasn’t working properly, wasn’t a big deal for us but some done it may be! Breakfast was included, good food! Not a bad location, about 10 minute walk to the Whitechapel Station and less to Shadwell, both stations can bring you just about anywhere in London!
