Ideal for a multi-day stay in (almost) central-London. The rooms were nice and clean, had all the equipment needed and then some. You can check in and out yourself, or ask the receptionists to do it for you. Staff is on hand 24/7. As stated, the entry to Aldgate East station is a literal minute away from the front door of the hotel. We really felt as if this was the perfect spot for our requirements. There’s a happy hour formula too between 16-18h on selected beers and Gins. Just thought I’d mention.

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay in London. Its great location and metro connection make it perfect to enjoy London. Our room was perfect and they took care of all the details (including a nice message for our anniversary). The staff, facilities and breakfast were superb, and the value for the price was also very good. We’ll more than likely repeat on our next visit!

Great location, across the road from Aldgate East. You can get the tube direct from London Victoria quick. Really nice decor and the staff were pleasant enough. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Very reasonable considering the location. Will stay again.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms very clean and modern. Bathroom and shower spacious, and clean. Beds v. comfortable. Minor downside was the lighting...in making the room feel cosy and chic there is a lack of decent lighting. It's all low level indirect lighting and hence not much use for doing anything direct...as my wife found out when trying to put makeup on. A few spots in a strategic places would help.

I have been to many hotels in my life, and I have never experienced such unfriendly and unpolite receptionists. I was really baffled how unprofessional we were treated. The hotel room was good, besides that there was no real privacy when showering, and the AC wasn't really working. It was between 23-24 degrees all the time. They don't offer more than one duvet at a time for a double room. All in all, I will definitely never book that hotel again.
