Nautical themed, family friendly place right beside Trafalgar Square. Like any bar in London it gets pretty packed when there's a game on, so be aware of when you're visiting. They make a killer Pimms cocktail, which is a must try drink while in London, it's amazingly refreshing. Think of it as a form of alcoholic punch similar to sangria, but it's a gin based drink. Absolutely delicious, especially on a hot day.

Rudest staff - don’t go here. The staff started on me when I questioned them charging me twice. They started trying to argue with me. Fortunately I was very sober and removed myself from the situation but this is not what I would expect in a pub like this. I will certainly not go back. Staff need to be taught how to be professional and get rid of the attitude. Never had service like it. Don’t go here!

Great location. Wonderful atmosphere. Delicious food and beer. And not even that expensive given where it is. In short, one of the best pubs in the world.

Great atmosphere! Eat down stairs because its cooler (or the a/c works better) and its quaint with tile arched ceiling. The food is wonderful, staff is so friendly too. And let's not forget, they have a bathroom!!!!

Really nice atmosphere in the main room. Very roomy and comfortable. Good selection of beers, including Fuller's ESB. Food is decent pub grub. Not as touristy as we we expected given its location. Overall a nice respite in the middle of a long afternoon walk through Central London.
