I loved waking up in the trees! Very friendly efficient staff and they cater for vegans too. The building is a little tired round the edges but this adds to it's charm.

Had a peaceful stay. Staff very attentive and polite. Would have got highest score but had issue around my autistic child and the pool. Which was bit distressing. Food expensive and breakfast although enough food the full English was cold.had to ask reception lots of questions. Would have been better if all info was in a pack in room. Also complimentary tea : coffee had to ask for and only paper cups not very welcoming.

Lovely convenient place to stay for a few days. The staff are all great, however understandably stretched when the place becomes busy... which it did. Don't let that put you off. Be kind. Recommended.

Dated decor but overall lovely place! We enjoyed a stay here with the best breakfast and pool visit before going on to Marwell Zoo! Amazing staff always happy to help!

This is the worst afternoon tea I have ever had!! The tiny brioche were stale, the watermelon shot was the consistency of wallpaper paste. The scones were doughy - there was no jam- just strawberry sauce. The lemon tarts were stale. The only thing I can say that was positive...was Miles our waiter was great- but he went off duty before we had realised just how awful the tea was!! Dreadful!! Do NOT recommend... I hate giving a bad review..this is only my third in 5 years!! But they deserved every it!
