March 2024I haven’t been to the hotel since last September and they were doing a lot of renovations, we walked in last night to go to buff bonkers bingo and wow the hotel looks amazing and very well done, as always the staff are always very welcoming and polite, the event that we went to was amazing, we laughed so much. The food was amazing the drinks were flowing, it was nice to see the staff dancing around the room and interacting with the guests. We will definitely be booking again with a room next time. ❤️

April 2024Stayed for an event on the Saturday night, easy location to find and no bother parking. There is a parking charge but it's made obvious before you book. They are having renovation work done in parts of the hotel but you wouldn't know apart from the floor protection in some areas. Staff were very chatty and keen to help, bedroom was a bit warm but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was also very hot and powerful. Breakfast was great and would definitely return in the future.

June 2024The rooms where very clean and so was the whole hotel. The food was amazing but not the wait for it. Could I please make other people aware of when checking out the staff try and put additional charges on your room. One member of staff charge me £43.99 on checking out. Which got automatically took out of my bank account. I went back the hotel about and complained about it. They admitted it was there fault and the money would be reimburse with in 5 works days. This was not the case I had to phone my bank and get them to reimburse me. People please be aware of the staff and there extra charges.

June 2024Went to afternoon tea here got it for a mothered day present off my little boy so was looking forward to it, got to the hotel and the machine that you put your number plate in wasn’t working so we told a member of staff and the said they will sort it, the afternoon tea was just basic and they had an event on so lots of people in suits was milling around and was just on laptops in the dining area so not relaxing at all, fast forward to this year we have received letter from the parking saying we owed £170 and threatened us with court and bailiffs we had moved address so the first letter with the lower amount on was sent there but they must of know. We had moved as they found out new address we have Sent emails and phone calls asking the hotel to sort it they said they would but they never did, I will never go back to this hotel and I will not recommend any one so they have caused us a lot of stress and money problems as this wasn’t our fault, AVOID THIS PLACE
