VCare24 Training Solutions York, Boardroom

VCare24 was established in 2017, we provide specialist support services to children and transport to vulnerable adults. The venue has 3 different spaces for hire, ranging from small meeting rooms suitable for small groups to large auditorium rooms with projector facilities.

There are kitchen facilities if you wish to use them, but you also have the option to arrange external catering at an additional cost in collaboration with local businesses.

VCare24 is tucked away in Pocklington, a quiet town just 20 minutes from York city centre via the A1079. There are over 50 free parking spaces on site, as well as roadside parking for any one who may need to use it.


The Boardroom at VCare24 is an open, airy space with white walls and a pop of colour through a purple feature wall that add a sense of warmth to the space. The room flooded with natural daylight through the windows, but the light can also be blocked out with blinds if need be.

The Boardroom can hold up to 10 delegates and is perfect for meetings, training, seminar, small conferences, and more.

The space is great value with daily room hire for the full day being only £120.
