June 2024Absolutely amazing bar. Staff are so friendly. They show sports, have amazing drinks being beers and cocktails and a terrace to sit in the sun. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT! The management are so friendly and approachable. Had a lovely time here as it was a stop off for a gig. Will definitely be back when we in London. Love this place.

June 2024Champions League final was good to see. Very packed and a different layout than Westwood Sports Bar my regular in Westfield. Booked a table and had to wait little longer than needed as they tried to give me free round of drinks as they could get previous table holder to move even though he had set slot. In the end the manager got the table and we enjoyed the football and the boxing that followed. Tables were cleaned and staff were attentive and easy to approach. Security guard was abit defensive wheb we approached saying were full were full without asking if I had a booking which I did. Maybe he had a long day but was only 915pm.. and had few hours left to go.

May 2024It's great to see that Angel now has a proper sports bar. I went with a friend a few weeks ago for the first time. The venue, atmosphere and food were all excellent. On the evening we visited the happy hours offer had been changed, but the website hadnt been updated. After raising this with the manager, she agreed to honour the offer showing on the website. I hope that when changes are made in future, these updates are synchonised across all platforms at the same time to maintain client trust. The photo attached includes the Happy Hour embossed into a floor tile on the ground level of the shopping centre which might also be out of date now. The live gane was put on a few seconds after the kickoff, it would be if this was brought forward to before the kickoff. Lastly, its a shame that smoking isnt allowed outside on the benches (but this could be the shopping centre operator making that rule and not the venue). Overall looking forward to another visit.
