Lovely hotel. Great rooms, food, service and staff are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and it's only a 10 minute taxi into Bath Centre. We would definitely stay here again :) Thank you to all the staff.

We held a reasonably large celebration of life event at Bailbrook House Hotel. The food, the wine and the service were all superb and the Events team were so helpful with providing all the facilities needed to make this a very special occasion. Thank you to all involved with the event.

Fantastic hotel, excellent service, food and venue. Only downside was the price of a bottle of wine. 2 bottles £83.00. We were there for a function 80 people, normally a lot of wine consumed with evening meal..... not this time

Lovely hotel, great service form the staff. Food was cooked and served beautifully. Would have thought that a hotel this size really should have a swimming pool and a better gym. Reason for 3 stars...... the wine prices. £36 was the price of the house wine.... which bearing in mind these are bought in bulk and would have cost £6 or less.... £36 is extortionate and sheer profiteering. Plus the hotel attempts to add a 12.5% service charge as well making the cheapest wine £40.50.... and I'm seriously not joking!!! We were at a function of 100 people, consequently wine sales were very low. Everyone's opinion of the weekend was the same wine and bar prices were excessive. Apparently these are set by Handpicked hotels and bailbrook have no say? Beware of the prices!
