There are no waitress to serve in the bar or in the main floor. The managers Rob and Owen are jokers. So is Thuraivan and Gorgie. An excellent manager is Àndy but due to jealousy the other managers never met him to come up.

So disappointed in Grosvenor lately. Im a member, who was dressed up but had sandals on. They told me that because of that, my group of friends and I could not come in. We then checked the dress code, and there is absolutely no mention that sandals are not allowed, but says we could wear trainers.

I used to come here quite a lot, but after what I saw today I'll never be back. I understand that sometimes in roulette you win and sometimes you lose, and I accept the losses. But today I did a big bet on black at a roulette table, the ball landed on a black number for half a second, then did a small bounce and landed back on the same number, then did an even bigger bounce and landed on the red number next to it. To me that seems to defy the laws of physics. The only explanation I can see is that somebody has some way to manipulate where the ball lands. I'm sure they don't manipulate it every spin, just once in a while when they have a lot to gain by doing so. Frankly I'm disgusted and I'm never coming back here or any other Grosvenor casino.
