Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.

January 2024Me and my partner had our first visit and had the bottomless brunch. Not a lot of choices for food part but good enough portions, took a while for drinks to start but once the started the servers kept taking orders , we just about had 6 cocktails but we could've had more if we wanted too !! 😜 Servers are wonderful and lovely setting

March 2024we arrived at 18:30. The atmosphere didn’t seem too bad until another table was complaining - we thought they were just grumpy and felt sorry for the staff. After ordering our food, we waited… and waited and waited. It got to over an hour and we asked how long our food will be (we still hadn’t had our starters). It then got to 20:00 and we had enough. We both had 2 drinks and our food still never arrived. Many tables around us had the same problem. We all walked out in the end. Terrible service and we will NOT be returning. Staff was also rude, I had the cutlery tray over my head so I could barely hear my partner talking to me, staff were taking our drinks before we had finished them, dropping 6 plates around us. I will also not recommend TGIfridays and will make sure any friends or family swerve this place!!

February 2024A total joke and of a restaurant, I ordered loaded fries that was on the menu with a picture and was shocked to get what I got, I asked the staff if I ordered the wrong thing and they said no that’s the loads fries, on top of this my daughter had frozen beans served not even been cooked, and the ciabatta looked nothing like a ciabatta, will never go again steer clear of this place
