Excellently located in the City. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Can be pricy but still a very good choice for a business or leisure trip.

A high quality hotel. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard. I can particularly recommend upgrading to a Club room as this also gives exclusive access to the Club Lounge. The service in this lounge was outstanding and much enjoyed. At all times my wife and I were looked after incredibly well by all the staff we encountered. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Being so close to Blackfriars Station is a bonus for traveling around London.

Only stayed one night but what an impressive looking foyer and what great staff that work there. At check in I had wake up call and taxi booked for morning without any issue. Room was well stocked and complimentary water is always a bonus. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom, what else do you need.

Extremely welcoming, great quality & fantastic location! I was in town for business & found the hotel to be a great location as it is opposite Blackfriars station which has access to both train & tube. The staff were extremely welcoming & friendly. My room was spacious & well equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The food at the bar & lounge was also delicious! I had a great stay & would recommend.

Our room was not services properly and I had to call for it to be done, and then had to call back to get housekeeping to come back. The bed was small and quite uncomfortable for the 2 of us. Though the rest of the room was very spacious, a larger bed could easily be there. On a plus side the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.
