Stayed here with family (2 adults + 2 kids). One of the better hotel experiences I've had in Europe (been traveling here for 40+ years). Rooms were great (we had a balcony king suite which was perfect for the family). Room size was much bigger than standard London rooms. Views on the river were good, location was convenient but away from the massive crowds of Green Park and Soho. From a detail standpoint: there was minimal noise and light pollution at night in the room which allowed for undisturbed sleep. The staff were very professional. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The rooms were great, and the location was well situated. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't eat here. As always, the mini bar is significantly overpriced. I recommend staying away, there are a few convenience stores and coffee shops within 500 metres.

A fantastic hotel, the reception staff is very welcoming and professional, the river view room was great, preteen, amazing London skyline, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Lyoness at the ground floor serves the best cocktails in town. We left something in the room accidentally and i picked it up a couple of days later with no fuss. Thank you housekeeping! Will definitely stay again.

Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, managed to get early checked in as I was with a young child. The hotel location is quite good, drop off area is convenient and close however my opinions are. More water should be provided to visitor, we were only offered one bottle of 1L a day. The shower area doesn’t not have a door so quite often water was splashing out of the shower area which makes the toilet rather slippery. Credit must be given to their service, people were friendly, recognise you as well. Tip top.

Great hotel, great location. Few gripes like no food (except room service!) available in the day on Fridays even though sign outside says “all day dinning with great view”. They also have the whole “it’s cool to queue and wait” mentality when loads of staff on and loads of free tables. Tell you to wait at bar then take you to a table that’s been empty the whole time. Same with rooftop bar. Comfy bed, great facilities, limited hanging space for clothes, great bathroom. Apart from a few gripes, excellent stay!
